Terms & Conditions

By accessing the ClickShift website, a ClickShift customer review page, or by using any ClickShift service, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or the service.

ClickShift provides NFC review cards and QR codes, a hosted customer review page for each business, configuration of the business's Google review destination, and an optional customer-retention messaging system for businesses that choose to add it. Features and pricing may change over time.

You agree to use the site and review pages only for lawful purposes and not to interfere with, disrupt, scrape, overload, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service. Administrative areas are restricted to authorized accounts.

ClickShift

By opting in, you may receive text messages from ClickShift based on the type of SMS consent you provide. Marketing messages may include customer-retention messages, special offers, discounts, and promotions. Non-marketing messages may include service updates, customer follow-up, and other account or service-related information.

Marketing consent and non-marketing consent are collected separately, are always optional, and are never required to leave a review or use the site. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the ClickShift sending number. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

You are responsible for providing accurate contact information and for only submitting a phone number or email address that you own or are authorized to use. Businesses using ClickShift are responsible for the content of the messages they send, for honoring opt-out requests, and for complying with applicable messaging, advertising, and privacy laws. Reviews must reflect the reviewer's genuine experience; ClickShift does not offer or permit incentives in exchange for a review, does not filter reviewers by sentiment, and does not guarantee any rating or number of reviews.

The ClickShift name, logo, site design, copy, and software are owned by ClickShift and may not be copied, reproduced, or reused without permission. Business names, logos, and content supplied by a client remain the property of that client and are used only to operate their ClickShift pages and messages.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. ClickShift does not control Google, mobile carriers, or third-party messaging platforms and does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, message delivery, or any particular business result.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClickShift is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data arising from use of the site or service. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid to ClickShift for the service in the three months before the claim.

Either party may end the business relationship at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to the site or service if these terms are violated, if use is unlawful, or if messaging rules are abused. On termination we will disable the affected review pages and stop sending messages on that business's behalf.

We may update these terms from time to time. Updates take effect when posted, and the effective/last updated date above will be revised. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
